Game day reminders:

  • Home team responsible to submit scores and photo of game sheet by email within 24 hours of your game time so I can update the standings. PLEASE SUBMIT IN THIS FORMAT: Subject line: Tier X – Team A vs. Team B. The body of the email should contain your tier number, the winner X # of sets to X # of sets. Makes entering the scores correctly faster for me, thank you!
  • $10 fine - scores not sent within 24 hours, $5 fine - no photo of gym and equipment for last game of day, $50 fine - no photo of gym and equipment when there is an issue with the school.
  • If you are the first teams to play in the mornings, please help set up the net together (same goes for taking down the net for the last teams).
  • Pick up all garbage – whether you left it or not, gym needs to be left "as" or "better than" you found it.
  • If you are the LAST game of the day (indicated on your schedule), home team needs to also submit a photo(s) of a clean gym and equipment put away properly. We need to remain in good standing with our venues.
